Dinner: Grape tomatoes (30) shredded mozz cheese (20) bals vin (5)
Dessert: Sour candy ribbons (100)
Drinks: h2o (0) crystal light lemonade (0) sip of a friends' corona (25) and sips of a friends' pink lemonade (25)

Total food cals was 504, total drink cals was 50. Thus totalling 554. Not too shabby, I shouldn't ahve eaten the candy though, that was stupid. I tried to cut off all the fat from the steak that my mom made me eat. I hope the scale goes under 120 for me. pleaaaaaaase 115 would be so hot. THINK THIN...

So I did good, back to eating breakfast in the morning which will keep me from binging when i get home. I was doing so good until the free s'mores were offered to me, i had the munchies so clearly I accepted. Then I ate sun chips because I looove them, ugh why do i eat so much junk food still. Gross. I msut say that I have gotten better with the beer and with raiding the fridge late night. THINK THIN...

Total food cals was 634. Total drink cals was 0 weeeeeeeeeeeee!!! Thus totalling 634 cals. Great job and stay strong today. I also did 100 crunches last night, do them again tonight. Maybe I can get over this 120 plateau...

Cannot be accounted for because the shit my cousin fed at the baptism reception was disgusting and I have no clue how much calories were in them. I also had a burger at Kyle’s cuz they were free and I was extremely hungry and high.

***Please do good next week stay strong, I have to be skinny when I visit Cara down by the Jersey shore, cuz I want show off my weight loss in my bikini. Try to fast as long as you can and then when you NEED to eat, eat small low call snacks I CAN DO THIS. I bet I till weight 120 but I will weight myself during my lunch break for hahahas or to depress me into not eating. Maybe I weight a little less because I’m off my period, we’ll see. We’ve filmed some bowl and gravity bong sessions yesterday and in the tape you can tell how my arms, back, shoulders and legs are skinnier its amazing***

Total food cals 448. Total drink cals was 210. Thus totalling 658 cals. Good job, stay strong for the weekend. But I am still a lazy fatty who doesn't do crunches anymore before sleep cuz she is too stoned to.

Total food cals was 445. Total drink cals was 147. Totalling 592 cals for the day weeeeeee. I'm def doing better, stay strong tonight, and this weekend pleeeeeeease. Must do crunches i repeat i must do them tonight! I want a hard stomach! I also HAVE to count calories this weekend, no more weekends off!

So total food cals was 408 and total drink cals was 110. Only 518 cals all day AMAZING. But necessary after my weekend of binges. Start exercising now....i am still at 120 and sick of it :(

My newest plan is to follow "The Diet Book for Teenagers Only" by setting a caloric limit of 1,400 per/day and getting around 3 grains, 2 proteins, 2 fruits, 2 dairy, and 3 snacks for a balanced diet.
