Hope everyone is doing well, just a little plug for me really, I am doing a healthy eating plan to get back into my YSL dress intime for christmas and have started a community called roadtothedress would love to have some of you there!

sorry mods if this is unwanted, let me know and i'll delete it - but in other news I have had a really bad week on the food front - hence the me needing a goal!

Hi all, newbie here~ I'm 24, looking to lose about 30 lbs. in the longhaul. Currently b/w 140-150  lbs. So here's today's tally: 

Calories: 
1/2 bag of almonds: 120
Salmon sashimi:  300? ate a lot..
Chicken: 90
boca burger: 80
Pineapple: 15
Grapefruit: 110
Orange: 100
fruit snack: 40
Sweet potato: 50
Cheese: 70
Total:  975 

Exercise:  1x

Ok, now I HAVE to get serious! I am going to ozzfest August 2nd. I HAVE got to lose AT LEAST 20 pounds. I want to lose more like 30.  Honestly, is it possible? What do you all suggest? How should I do it?  HELP!!!!!! What about the 2468? Let me know girlies! This is by far the biggest motivation I have ever had!

Hi. I am new here. I will be updating everyday to keep track of the calories I eat. I am glad this community is here because I do this at home amyway. It is better to do it here so hopefully I can get some feed back and advice. Thanks :)

Okay so i have worked it out. i like to be incontrol. I am fine and i dnt even realise i have an ed when i am controlling when i eat and what i eat beacue its how i want things to be
its so hard to control the rest of life all the shit that is going on what other peopel are doing in and out of your life how people move on and leave you behind but with this i can have waht i want when i want it becaue no matter what people cant force you into eating anything and that feels really good
I gotta go to college get up early i gotta do all the things i have to but with this is all how i want it. and it feels really good.

Thats why i feel terrible when i have to eat form other people stuff that they have made me dinner my mum makes becaue i have no control over it and what she is giving to be i a supposed to eat.

Howver for tea tonight i at the veg and tried to leave as much as possible dran plenty of water and the rest well you know the drill

im excited for my way in in a way but im also a little scared with it being my first on and all.

How is it all going with everyone else got any new advice/tips/etc

I am doig pretty well today have not eaten anything apart form a few sunflower seeds just to stop the dizzyness.

was thinking of having somthing really stogy to eat and thought no i will come on line and speak to some of you ! it has worked anyeay coz that huge craving has gone

i am finding my love in tea at the moment and chewing gum. the good thing about eating seeds is if you eat them one at a time its liek your eating lots of them so it takes longer and seems to work for me

i Then had some tea after my seeds and then just put some gum in and its been working so far.

Mum is out so i dnt feel the need to have to eat anything

:) how is it all for you girls ?

just joined all you lovley people :)

i am starting on the whole counting thing abd going for maxinum no more than 100 calories a day for a while anyway

here are my stats

age -16
weight around - 126 pounds
STG - 120
LTG - 112 [for now anyway]

Inspirations... Mary-kate and Ashley/Linsey Lohan/Hilary Duff/Nicole Richie

Anyone want a buddy just to talk to and let them know whats going on so u dint feel as alone?

I am really glad that I found a community where people count calories like I do. I have some questions that I'm wondering if any of you could perhaps answer. I am 173.5 at the moment, and around 5'7 in height. I have dropped 8 lbs since the start of summer (I was 181.5). In the last three days I have dropped two pounds and am now at my current weight. I did something to figure out my goal calorie intake/daily and its 1,225 so I was just wondering if this is what I should try to achieve for weight gain, and I also workout a lot (its slightly compulsive) so I was curious as to if let's say I intook 1,225 calories and then burnt off all of them (although this would probably not happen for me) would that just leave me at the same steady weight?
